Versatilux is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a return policy in compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
Return Period
The User has 14 business days from the receipt of the order to request a return.
Return Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify Versatilux within the established period using any legally accepted means.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, with the original seal or packaging intact.
- The shipping costs for the return will be the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
- Versatilux reserves the right to verify the condition of the returned product and its accessories before proceeding with the refund.
Refund
Versatilux will refund the total purchase amount to the User within a maximum of 15 days from receiving the withdrawal request. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used in the original transaction, excluding shipping costs.
Special Cases
- Defective product: Versatilux will replace it with the same item upon receipt of the defective product, covering both return and reshipment costs.
- Incorrect product: Versatilux will cover the costs of collecting the incorrect product and delivering the correct one.
Reporting Issues
In the event of product damage or non-conformity due to transportation, the User must notify Versatilux within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment by emailing pedidos@versatilux.com.
Withdrawal Confirmation
Versatilux will promptly confirm receipt of the withdrawal request in a durable format once the corresponding notification has been received.
